Monitoring
We have rolled back the release that caused earlier performance and stability issues. The multi-tenant environment is now operating normally, and most users should see services functioning as expected.
However, some single-tenant environments may continue to experience degraded performance or intermittent errors for the next few minutes as systems recover and caches are cleared.

Investigating
We’re currently investigating performance and stability issues affecting Norce Commerce Admin following a release deployed to production earlier this morning. Users may experience slower response times, timeouts, or intermittent errors.
Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and mitigate the impact. We will provide another update within 30 minutes or as soon as we have more information.
