Elevated Timeout Rates and Service Latency

Incident Report for Norce

Resolved

The previously reported issue affecting StormAPI has now been fully resolved. Services are operating normally, and no further anomalies have been observed since the mitigation was applied.

While the root cause appeared to be related to networking irregularities, the resolution—targeted restarts of the affected workloads—has proven effective.

We will continue to monitor the system closely to ensure sustained stability.

Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout the incident.

Monitoring

We have identified and mitigated an issue affecting StormAPI in our production environment, caused by networking anomalies. The root cause remains under investigation.

After extensive analysis, a targeted restart of the affected API proved effective in restoring stable performance. System metrics have normalized, and the service has remained healthy for the past 15 minutes.

We’re continuing to monitor closely and will follow up with a more detailed postmortem once the underlying cause has been determined.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an ongoing incident causing elevated timeout rates when accessing several internal services. This is leading to significantly increased response times across multiple system components.

Our engineering team has identified abnormal behavior in our service communication layer, which is contributing to the degraded performance. Mitigation efforts are underway, and we are actively working to restore optimal service levels.
